Description : THIS IS THE FINAL VERSION OF MY TRACK "In paradise".
I've been working on and off this track for over a year now. Each time I've never been fully satisfied... until now. This is a 10 minute remix of a track that was originally 2 minutes long. Its also my first time using pitcher and newtone on my voice (hopefully it won't be a regular thing and I can use my actual voice in the future though)
The first three minutes of this track is the introduction, starting off with a wierd panning drumloop made with a few electro drum sounds that came with fl studio, and slowly adding more sounds to it.
The following 6 minutes are me playing around with loads of different drum loops, and my own voice.
The last two minutes or so is an outtro, ending with the same drumloop as in the start.
The guitar was made using string theory and image lines "Hardcore" plugin, the piano is a heavily filtered FL keys, the pads are four filtered samples, and the strings and bass were made with synth1- arguably the best freeware synth out there. The drums were manually placed into the FPC then sequenced.

Draft 1 - Still in development phases. I'm pretty happy with the sonic narrative that happens in the movements. Maybe a bit too traditional? Intro as past, drum ensemble as carnival uprising present sliding into the hybridity of a future that's always arriving.
Draft 2 - rerecorded incorporating Nuada's vocals.
Final Draft(?) - brought in vocal samples from Deepest India, and some chanting from public domain Morocco field recordings from the 1950's.
Vocals from the exiled Tuareg Poet Hawad's poem, "Anarchy's Delirious Trek."

Description : if you ever wanted to hear the bassline from phantom of the opera in a dubstep song...
this is my first dubstep track and was made with ableton live over the span of a few weeks. the main melodies are influenced by andrew lloyd weber's phantom of the opera and i used a distorted sample with some other effects for the sampled introduction. i also used another sample before the second drop. the second drop (1:42) has some nice glitchy bass put together by resampling and layering a few waves made with ableton's operator (hence the name), with some wobble bass made in the traditional fashion. i also used a little bit of PSP nitro and effectrix as VST's to add some effects here and there

Description : first of all: this track is OLD, it is one of my first tracks in my actuall ushuall Style (as stated in the chat: my ushuall style is some odd kind of hardcore)
Non the less I felt an urge to Upload it simply for it is my fav made by me.
If ya dislike distorted Sounds: don't listen, ya'll hate it.
I used Reason 4 to make this (first and still fav prog...). It only took me about a day to make it, didn't pay attention on smooth changes at all, I had some really bad mood and just wanted to get myself a better one by making music. I experimented with the Bassdrum and then suddenly had my first Hardcore-like Bass wich was my first introduction to anything Hardcore-like (didn't ever listen Hardcore at this point of time, I was a friggin' pure Metalhead back then Xx)
It does have a melodical edge to it but the melodys are either dissonant, distorted and/or simple.
For the name: "Abteilung Flammenmeer: Ascheregen" is german for "battalion sea of flames: rain of ash"
first Part of the name is a inside joke on a job a made then and the second part I simply added for it somehow fits giving this track a rather odd and long name xD
On a side note: I mostly use B and C minor in my tracks... this one is in C XD
