Description : I had a dream a few years ago that my Mom was still alive and she met my wife for the first time. This song is about that dream.
This should be classed as Country Rock or Southern Rock but those genres aren't available.
Using a fender Strat on the left, Gibson Les Paul on the rightintro lead is the LP and outro lead is the Strat. Drums written in MIDI. Harmonica, vocals, bass performed by yours truly.
Feedback is always welcome.

Description : i record a couple songs every year for my birthday - this is one of them. just a straight verbal onslaught. drums by Nivek18 - i can't find their page, so i can't give them props - also a loop from nightingale - https://www.looperman.com/loops/detail/79723/klaxon-by-nightingale-free-120bpm-dance-harmonica-loop

Description : Old school bebop piece. Really just a trial to work with real instruments and try to learn more about separation and blending of sounds. only the basic drum track and harmonica break are synthesized. The rest is real.

Description : me on harmonica just another instrument i can play

Tags : | Acoustic | 6.19 MB

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!

Tags : | Country | 6.76 MB | Has Lyrics

Description : This is my first serious attempt at a country song.
I am playing all instruments except for the drums....they are MIDI.
The song allowed me the opportunity to try my son-in-laws 1981 Gibson J40 acoustic, my new Dean Resonator Guitar and my new harmonica.
I hope you enjoy.

Description : This was a song entry for a remix contest for John Schlitt on Acidplanet. It never placed but I thought it would be worth posting. While most other entries went into electronic or other genres, we kept true to John's style with a hard rock edge. John Schlitt (former lead singer of Petra)wrote the song and sang the lyrics. I added guitar and harmonica and Buddrumming punched in some drums. A good summer rocker to kick the speakers out.

Description : This collab is with the OCR Boys, (Bobby & Steve), DJ's at KickinCountry101.com. I got the bass, acoustic tracks and drums and Bobbys vocals. I dusted off the harmonica, brought out the oldFender Strat, the pedal steel and the midi-guitar for the fiddle parts for this one. Not my usual fare but I had been in a few country bands back when country was cool in the 90's. A great Nashville sounding song about growing up on the great Tennessee River.Comments always welcome. - Bilbozo

Tags : | Acoustic | 5.53 MB

Description : Final update and mix through a pair of Yamaha HS50M powered studio monitors. This is the latest song to be finished for our forthcoming album "Festival" which we will be promoting at this years Edinburgh fringe festival. Alexander blows the first sax solo on alto with me providing a tenor and harmonica solo later. I wanted to produce a track which will hopefully stick in peoples heads hence the lyric. This is the second mix so I have bumped the vocal up a touch and dropped my tenor sax solo down as it was just a little forward. I am again looking for constructive comments for improvement in this area. Recorded in Logic 9 using line 6 tone port and a digiteh RP 50 for the guitar effects.
Cheers, Slap...
