Description : An early attempt at Juke music. Next time, I add more Hip-Hop, and less hard "rave". The beginning reminds me of Origa's "Inner Universe, although that song is much more pretty than this one. Actually, this song was ment to be sort of evil sounding. I need to work on individual audio track levels, cause there is a bit of a unbalanced part 1/3rd of the way through the track. Despite all of that, I believe its pretty well put together, for a first time in this genre. Any constructive criticism is gladly accepted.

I used G-snap for the chorus and delay bank. All my reggaeton skills went on 'Hard' on this track. I used Sim synth trumpets as the melodies, i didnt want to change it as would of sounded completely wrong and off rhythm

UPDATE--- I decided to put this in the ethnic genre because it's more Native American than Ambient. Being part Native American I've always been drawn to this type of music. Description : I wanted to combine my hard bass sound with soothing Indian vocals in the backdrop, with rap. I came across this gentleman's French rap, and thought it was amazing, so I used it. I added a little 70's guitar lick in there. The drum beat is pretty standard. All in all, I think it's a pretty decent World Music track.

Description : this song is based on the acapella "time" by Holly...i tried to respect the jazzy feel, but of course, couldn't stick to one simple style...the result is a bit strange, but not quite a hard one to absorb, i think...i added a second vocal line and some choirs towards the end, but those don't even get close to the quality of Holly's work...

Description : I was digging through my abandon project files and found this one and decided to give it another try. Sometime last year I downloaded some piano loops from Slap Johnson that I thought were cool and really wanted to do something with, I tried several times and then gave up - till now. I started from scratch with some new ideas and ended up finishing this finally. It's kinda a crazy hard switch up of styles but I really wanted to experiment with this idea. There are also a couple loops from MrRobot buried in here as well, other than that made predominantly Sony loops. Open your mind. I'm still battling with the final mix, so hopefully I'll upload that soon.

Description : Beautiful intro and then....hmmm -I don't know what to say about this one...I have forced two completely different genres and have no idea what I came up with. I downloaded an amazing acapella by fellow looper Marj, and I just had to do something with it. I wanted to see if I could make a breakbeat jammin style track with Marj's vocals...this was very very hard. haha. I'm still not sure about the bpm of the vocals but I did my best. I crafted a heavy track cross mixing loops from many genres, predominantly Sony loops and chopped up the vox and ran it through some filters. It is very intimidating trying to do justice to Marj's acapella but in the end I just wanted to experiment and see if I could mix her into my vibe of music, I think I need to step away from it for a while before I can see if I have anything. Any suggestions would be awesome...anyways here it is in all it's oddness...haha open your mind and hope you like it. UPDATE: tried tweakin' the levels a bit, might sound better now.
