Description : Brand new track made week of 23rd June 2011. Played this track as part of my first Matteblak Live Set on 29th June before anybody else had heard it. Went down really well and sticks to my minimal electro theme. I was heavily influenced by Deadmau5 on this one and I'm very pleased with the loops I have managed to create and the mix all round sounds good. Hope you enjoy!

Description : So the original track "Unfold My Love" was and still is probably my favorite track I've created thus far and after completion, I immediately wanted to do a remix or a part 2. After finishing the two tracks before this, I started coming up with idea's for how I wanted this to sound. Obviously as a part 2, it has to contain some elements from the original track but also contain enough of it's own sound. A few synths from the original were tweaked and new synths were added. I instruments to give the chorus a bit of a "Live" feel, so piano & trumpets came into the mix, setting this apart from the original. I think I accomplished what I set out to do: create an extension of the original track without creating a complete carbon copy!
Give the track in it's entirety a listen and even give the original "Unfold My Love" a listen if you want...Any and all comments/critiques/suggestions are always welcome and appreciated as it helps me with future tracks. Thanks for listening!

Description : I wasn't sure what to really put this under because it changes a lot. So this song, Melancholy Life, describes my vision of life, being afraid of dying, the bad influences and etc.. In the song I show a little realization showing "Live your life" and boosting the song up a bit towards the middle. The point I'm getting across basically is a sad beginning( a bit depressing...) and sudden boost in the middle, then towards the end I present a sort of rap feel beat with the music box tune kind of describing the end and how it was a long road but there's still a bright future. So as you can see a lot went through my mind with inspiration for this beat. Enjoy !

Been a long few days.
This is a new song I am working on with a young cat named Hayden Singleton... Really good clay maker.
Anyhoo..
I wrote a really simple drum line, and looped the groove (needs work)
then I started just doing my "Ableton Live Experiments" in which I maul audio thru Resynthesis, Resampling, and Etc etc etc.
Drums are mine, and some pretty cool iterations of old school hip-hop I had in mind.
Bass is lame, but I am planning on doing some pseudo-cello dubstep action... (wip)
Guitars me
Rhodes me.
Kinda .. like just chilling, enjoying spring and thinking about stuff song... OutReach, because I need to start reaching out to my friends, and I think this summer is going to be a great change.
Future updates will include more drum work, more guitar work, cello-dubstep ideas, and less SUCK!

Description : Another track played entirely on The Ensoniq Mr76 Keyboard with Roland 808 and 909 drum kits. the title Is unfortunate, It was the working title and it just stuck. unfortunately lost the masters to this as well, and there is a click by the end from the compression software. but it's one of those tracks I enjoy listening to, hope you do too. I would have done it differently today and I hate remaking whole songs but I love this kinda stuff so Expect something In the same vain in the future.

Description : a small track i made in about 20 mins, just for the learning process, was testing out a few different arrangements trying to kill feedback , and this was the result, played on a beginner electric strat with a midsize vox amp, an adapter or two in the mix to hook it up to my pc and recorded with live play back on SAPro7 , guitar parts are all me , the only thing on the track that isnt mine, is the drum loop in the back, which i credit to Dragger5656( Dnb Shuffle Break ), the only change i made to Dragger5656's loop was in pitch. there are a few things i feel that could be cleaned up ,but it was only made as a testing point and for self evaluation . your input is valued , but sadly i wont be pursuing any further work on this track ,as i have other projects more dear to me at the moment , it'll be on the back burner for awhile but might show up one day in the far future ,thanks! once again your input is always valued
Description : THIS IS THE FINAL VERSION OF MY TRACK "In paradise".
I've been working on and off this track for over a year now. Each time I've never been fully satisfied... until now. This is a 10 minute remix of a track that was originally 2 minutes long. Its also my first time using pitcher and newtone on my voice (hopefully it won't be a regular thing and I can use my actual voice in the future though)
The first three minutes of this track is the introduction, starting off with a wierd panning drumloop made with a few electro drum sounds that came with fl studio, and slowly adding more sounds to it.
The following 6 minutes are me playing around with loads of different drum loops, and my own voice.
The last two minutes or so is an outtro, ending with the same drumloop as in the start.
The guitar was made using string theory and image lines "Hardcore" plugin, the piano is a heavily filtered FL keys, the pads are four filtered samples, and the strings and bass were made with synth1- arguably the best freeware synth out there. The drums were manually placed into the FPC then sequenced.
