Description : I created this track... REMEMBER, I'm not a producer! This track features Kove and Sweets on the hook. I wanted some Jagged Edge smooth type chorus but he hit it like some ol' school funk... I dont want it!! I dont like this track at all. I love the concept, but no one seems to want to work on it. Description : One of my collaboration tracks with my brother Timbassman known collectively as 'Bassman 'n' Jones', the original version of 'Solar Funk' was written over 3 years ago but ended up a muddly and weakly structured version which got bad reviews on the Buzzmusic website. A year later I improved the song by adding an electro-progressive-house element to drive the track not only making it more funky but more danceable and a lot more listenable! The sung vocals, guitar loops and the minor 303 glitch edit were composed and performed by Timbassman. The main synth and percussion programming, spoken vocal, composition, mixing and production was done by myself, Davey Jones.

These notes are a saxophonists nightmare/dream, the soaring high note that makes the solo crescendo or the same note turns in to a squawk and you sound like a twat...My solo at 2.47 is the section I'm harping on about. Description : Neurofunk type track, though there is no funk except the drums. Pretty dark, somewhat twisted, just the way I like it. Made in Reason and FL. Used some vangaurd and this Vst called plastics on the melody thing. The sub and mid-range are Thor ran through a bunch of filters and eq's and stuff.
