Description : i love this movie (the orginal) the way it was written and the style of it was more like today indie film are made. more like a work of art rather than just something to dumb u down even futher andi hate that remade it. i know it's gonna ruine it with it flashly effect and other hollywood bullshit

Description : Cinematic, ambient, film like jam with some asian flavor, combined a bunch of drum loops to pick up a big japanese drum vibe, added in some chinese cymbals and woodblocks, some cool low end wind instruments and some modern electronic goodness. I've been experimenting lately with more mellow and cinematic stuff and this is one of my latest creations, hope you like. peace.

Description : Hmm. It sounds quite similar to the Point Break soundtrack in a way - similar sounding sounds. Quite dark and sinister. Emotionally charged. Very retro sounding instruments. All music within the track is played by myself on keyboard.
This track's particularly suited for a film soundtrack, however, vocals may eventually be added upon further work. I'm not quite sure where the title came from.

Description : This definitely is a headphone listen... it's my epic sci-fi futuristic cinema track featuring Eshar's poem acapella. Within seconds of hearing Eshar's voice I immediately started imagining a film opening, a narration from the films hero, setting up a "save the world" type story. I uploaded the first 7 minutes (or looper edit), I'm still working on finishing the now 13 minute track.

Using multiple loop sounds, swells and feedback I made a moody pad type opening to really capture some mood in Eshar's reading. Then I wanted to pulse into a slow opening to try and draw you into the story then a little surprise break out and back into more mood. It's got a kind of dnb meets industrial vibe to it but still plays as a cinematic backing. Made with Sony loops and of course Eshar's very cool pella'. Hope you enjoy it, I like the way this one is looking. peace.

Description : Ambient, haunting was the intention. From a student film soundtrack I wrote entitled Truth/Reality.
The Guitar is yes out of tune but intented to be disonant and haunting as if you were lost in the desert plagued by lonliness and desperation.
Keyboards, Guitars, drum machine performed by me. Guitar used a digital/analog delay machine. No midi synching unfortunately.....Sony Vegas 6.0.

Tags : | Electronic | 6.33 MB

Description : Electronica that I wrote and created samples for using a digital delay machine with analog guitar and keyboard then manipulated in Sony Vegas....written originally for Truth/Reality a really not so great student film...

Tags : | Electronic | 4.29 MB

Description : This is a little electronica/ambient thing i did for a Student film called Truth/Reality in '06. It's analog and digital, no sequencing,.....

Tags : | Weird | 3.87 MB

Description : Like the butterfly effect, insanity can become the world.

Film vox, from 12 monkeys (i asked permission from the producing company, as long as i dont sell it, i can run it)

Description : Demon Lover was a low budget film that made the rounds in the early 70's on the southern drive in theatre circuit. A friend of mine played the role of a detective in the film. He and others involved actually paid to be in the film. The film maker went on to make other notable train wrecks like "Return to Frog Town". A documentary, the making of Demon Lover actually won various awards. In the spring of 2002, I was contacted to put together a sound track for the intro credits for the long awaited...sequel "Demon Lover 2". The drums are from a Creative Labs AWE 64 Gold sound card with Yamaha Sound Fonts. The growling synth is a combination of a Kurzweil K2000 and a Korg M1. The strings are from the M1 and the organ is from an E-Mu Vintage Keys. I actually got the police radio chatter from an Internet broadcast of the LAPD. The car sounds are from a Shelby Cobra recorded with a Crown SASS-P stereo mic. Demon Lover 2 never happened, but I had fun and got another track out of the process.

Description : inspiration for this song was the Seven years in Tibet film....

Tags : | Dub | 2.14 MB

Description : vocal from the film snatch, hope nobody has an objection to me using this sample... im sure the filmmakers wont mind. anyway its a heavy dubstep track, mind your speakers this one will rip them apart :)

Description : Insired by the film - Diary Of A Hitman

Tags : | Funk | 3.50 MB | Featured

Description : The idea for this track came while watching a bruce lee film (suprisingly!) wanted to put something together that was nice and funky. It is creatively named XXXX after the beer i was drinking while making it! The samples are partially from here and partially from stuff collected over the years. Let me know what you think, all feedback is appreciated...

Description : Hey, first track and one I'm very proud of.
I wrote it last year as a school composition, and I got merit (yay).
Built it around an accidental drumbeat, Not really punk, but thats the closest genre I can think of.
It was meant to sound like end credits to an action film, or the loop in a video game. Tell me what you think, please.
Thanks to Helvin for mp3ing and instrumentating it!

Tags : | Hip Hop | 4.66 MB

Description : A nice classical sample mixed with hip hop didnt fink it would mix myself but i tried it and it sounded fair tight. You need a sub woofer to really feel this beat need some advice coz it sounds like theres a little something missing, plus theres a sample from the film half baked at the begining lol dno why but it had to go in

Tags : | Cinematic | 1.49 MB

Description : Good music for documentary or short film. Cool piano with nice cello melody line. If u like it for your project u can have it . contact me!.

Tags : | Cinematic | 3.66 MB

Description : Heavily influenced by Portishead's early material, fx'd drum pattern , keys and DJ scratching, gives it a Trip Hop vibe. All instruments played by me except for the drum patterns. All tracks recorded direct to an FD8 via an FX rack. The song title is taken from the club where Isabella Rossellini's character sings in the David Lynch film "Blue Velvet".

Tags : | Cinematic | 3.19 MB

Description : The whole song was created on an old Yamaha DJX keyboard (remember them ?!) running through an FX rack and recorded direct to my FD8 multitrack, kinda difficult to record as I had to play the bass parts with one hand and change the drum loops with the other (only way I could get the 2 parts to play in time). The intro's maybe a little long for some peoples tastes, but I kinda like the build up. I believe this track was used in a film by an LA film student, which is cool.

Description : Looperman has kindly allowed me to upload some of Trey's previous work on this site. This track was inspired by the film 'Elegant Universe'. Chaos Theory, the Butterfly Effect and other paradoxes are some of the things it tries to explain. However, Trey's favourite topic was string theory...hence the quote:
I fkin love string theory Trey 9th January 2008
Listen and hear. eshar

Tags : | Trance | 3.02 MB

Description : I got an idea from the film "Blade" and ran with it. Please be gentle, it's my first attempt using digital mixing.

Tags : | Cinematic | 2.18 MB

Description : The OST of a super8 experimental film

Tags : | Ambient | 2.53 MB

Description : This is an ambient sequence which, I imagine could serve as ambient "noise" in a film-sequence, perhaps taking place in a dark and hostile wasteland. The song builds up a bit of tension, but never truly releases it. I worked on this track in a pretty random manner, just "feeling my way", and editing on the fly, but I'm pretty happy about the result.
