Description : Progressive House track made about three years ago, This one is another lost project file (So many tracks were lost it the great crash of 2009)
All elements were created by me apart from the kind of glitchy electro stab which was an absynth preset and like 99% of my tracks, no loops were used.
Still requires a good mixdown and some mastering but alas it's not possible. Sharing is all that can be done with this track now so I hope you like it.

Description : I just finished this track this morning. It is the main song for the album Lady and The poet present Chemistry. I put about 6 hours into this track, its so very soft and hypnotic. I used piano as always, plus strings pads guitar, and wind chimes. I think what makes the song overall is the reversed crash sound. It went so well . Reviews are appreciated, hope u enjoy.....

What is updated from v.1:
67 New channels! New Bassline linking in with vocal harmony and introducing bars for DJ use, crash's and highs to signal new 8 bars, filled sonic gaps added real FX distorted beats and put some meat on the kick drum break to complement the awesome vocal. Background added to breakdown and intro build up, analogue effects to give a warm rich sound with the cold keys, strings and slow warbling b line.
Dubstep, BreakBeat, Drum & Bass, call it what you like, but its not Garage. I really didn't want to choose a genre! Final to be mastered.

Description : The contents of this track are pretty simple. I used a pretty basic bassline synth except for a couple minor changes. I used two trance synth loops that I downloaded from right here on this site. Some basic sweeps, a snare roll, and a kick crash. Oh, and this was all made in FL Studio 9.

I started with 2 main ingredients: breakbeats (no more 4x4) and darkness.
The lead synths and the disortions I used in hardcore soon came back, to give me rough idea to work with. The following months i've tried, I think, every style with breakbeats and slowly discovered new elements. The breaks used in industrial and IDM, the bass used in dubstep or EBM. I've allways enjoyed the way psytrance structered arps to create there complex melody.
Something I discovered here that I wanna try is the use of thema's in my music. Mayby a bit tedious, but I had to start with Tales from the Darkside, because that's what i'm gonna make. So the first 2, both still under construction

Description : When I moved to Orlando,Florida in 2004, I never forgot the time I went to the Titantic attraction.We were in a cold dark room with speckels of light in the darkness to look like stars. When the narrator spoke on how the ship went down in the middle of the night in 15 degree water, we all were asked to touch the front screen and keep our hands on the ice to feel the pain these people felt on that night!
The pain I felt was not in my hands, but how much torchure it was to know that this was it for your life and there was nothing you could do to change this! I never forgot the feeling of this and it has never left me to this day.Then it dawned on me, what about the lives that were on the Lindenburg that burned to the ground in 1930s? what about the lives that were on the Scottland plane that blew up over Scotland?What about the people that were on the planes on 9/11/2001 that looked out the windows to see them selves heading to crash at the twin towers in New York? What about all the souls that perished thru being on some type of vessel thru out history?If I ever could get one wish, it would be to change these awfull events that have happened in the past and free ourselfs of this great pain! A musicial memorial to these lost people. Amen!

But here is wha happens when ya drink to many Redbulls and start writing music!! LOL I tried to get the feeling of jumping out of a plane and pulling that chord to slow it all down! Description : When I was growing up, I recall my dad telling me a story about how when he was 17 years old was driving in a car with 8 other people on a winding road when they got into a head on crash and everyone died except my dad! I never forgot this,for faith allways has a plan. I would have never been here to write this if he had died.The other day when I was working out some music I heard about that young child who survied among 98 people in a plane crash,This is the music that came upon me at that time, I have some really gut wrenching lyrics with it and I plan to do soon, its like an out there David Bowie thing that tears your emotions into sherds!! my apolies for being so dark some times!! ;)
Description : I was fiddling around with arpegiators and a few things fell out of Sytrus that sounded quite nice (in my opinion) It's my forst foray into trancey stuff, and very chilled out compared to the stuff I usually make. Still needs a little work on some of the crash sounds but as ever input and finger pointing is always welcome *I just cleaned it up a little and uploaded it again-so this is really version 2 now*

Description : I made this in fl studio 9.0 demo version. I sampled instruments in my bdx audio package. I used reverb on the snare. Theres a violin in the verse, the chorus has a trumpet and brass esemble sample, and the break has a chello. I put a crash in with the drums and a multiband compressor on the bass.
