Description : accordion, enjoy the track!
Description : Description : Instrumentals is a series of compositions in search of their singer. Here is my universe, if you want to take a few steps inside and work with me, you are welcome ! The structures are simple and can be adapted according to the song. #56 : bpm 144, accordion and flute for a catchy dance song. Thanks for your listening.
Description : Just messing around with people’s samples. This beat is endothermic though, so it needs heat to really react. I used the following:
Description : This is something unusual stuff from my side but something very special. First thing i have to say is that Phatkatz made a cigar box guitar by himself and loaded a blues loop up. Next thing was that i just played around with a virtual accordion that is inside my new DAW. the third thing is that i watched a picture on audiosparksforart. And all together fits so excellent that i send it to the side as "music for art" .... then Dan (Midisparks, the owner of audiosparks) told me that there was a contest on his side and this little track was inside. http://audiosparksforart.com/project/red-velvet-hat/ And what shall i say - I won with this one - comments always are desirable. -joe-

Description : [Final Draft 2.1]]
Inspired by both the ambient logbook thread and the dub logbook, this is an attempt to get several traditions together and make them dance and roll around in a new and interesting way. The accordion loop and live jam is inspired by the rhythmic accordion playing in Congo. The Punjabi Qawalli `pella comes from the Deep India sounds sample pack which I have purchased to make it official. The Egyptian bass drums and accordion(s) are from free SoundFonts, and turned into loops via MIDI. Also a live accordion MIDI track. Additional loops from DJ4Real, psychotropic circle, and sterixx - thanks gang!
Final draft went for bass enhancement, further dubbification of the mix and specific attention to the vocals. Changed the final accordion live composition as well.
Description : i am a baby at this and am just using garageband until i reach its limits. software recommendations helpful, but no funds for upgrades right now. used a microkorg and roland fp2 to play the keyboard and accordion samples. flute and vox, mine. hoping to end up with a dirtier, more ghetto sounding drum line with some slight variations, but haven't come across it yet.
Description : This is just simply accordion techno, maybe a little fun to listen too. So check it out ! ;)
Description : I've made all my songs in Fruity Loops, using reFX Nexus as addon (different sounds as from the basic sounds on FL).
What inspired me to do this song was simply looking at my accordion !
Feel free to listen.
Description : I re-recorded the vocals and added in the live accordion track from a lovely little lady called Honey Gunn Carr.
This song comes from knowing you've parted ways, but not knowing why.
For a change of pace, I used the acoustic guitar. I appreciate all comments. Johnny Mac laid down the drums for this one.
Description : This tune is made of seven loops (some improvisation added), and we performed it with 8 accordion players on the island of Baltrum. It's kind of magic with this minimal music: it took 2 minutes for rehearsal, and we performed it immediately!! It's a pity that it was too cold outside, so it was impossible to perform it at the north sea beach...
Description : In autumn holidays, I was at the German North Sea. The weather was rather dull and rainy; but I had my laptop with my, a little keyboard and my accordion... So one dull afternoon I recorded "LIGHT HOUSE". For me it's been the very first time, to combine consequently loops with improvised musik. The sound of the sea, by the way, is from the Island Hiddensee, I recorded it some years ago.
Description : Well....here is a tune I have been working on for about 2 months. The first part is basically country music, featuring Dobro, Fiddle, Piano, Pedal steel, Banjo, Harmonica and Flat pickin' Acoustic guitar with pull-off's- hammer-on, etc.
The second part of this tune is pure Cajun music straight from the bayou's of Lousiana, featuring Accordion and Fiddle.
Since I couldn't find any royalty free Accordion Cajun music, My friend Chris Miller from Lake Charles, LA, let me use part of one of his tunes so I could finish this project.
In return, I gave him all rights to use this whole song on his next CD if he wants to. (He won the 2008 CFMA award this year).
On this tune I am not playing the drums, fiddle, harmonica or Accordion (All those from loops). But I am playing all the rest of the instruments. I didn't put a lot of 5-string banjo in as I am a little rusty on that. Maybe next time. :-)
The song may be a little bass heavy for some as I geared it toward computer speakers more.
So if you like this type of music, put on your knee high boots, give a listen, and dance away.
