Description : This is a tune by Daniel Mathers (great guy..please check him out if you have not already..) I kinda freestyle this the first time, so I decided to go back and update it a bit and give it a bit more breathing room.

I'm still working on mix, so tips would be nice.

    Play 2 now...
I'm really diggin this one too and I think I'm beginning to notice a trend in your tracks in that you tend to do better with these types of tracks, IMO. Kinda like you have the ability to flex your talents over other areas, but this really seems to be your niche. So I guess my suggestion here is that ya do some more work in the Jazz, Blues, and Alternative/Accoustic areas. And look for the fusions between the styles. Possibly also sprinkling in some Funk & New-jack Swing. Later on!

    Reply by AnomalyJ

DV your a great reviewer...I love you play # is thingy...your sooo cooll...I am finding that I love Accoustic...I always has a think for electric guitar type blues but never did I imagine the power accoustic would have over me..if I was to stay in any box for some time it would defintely be this one.
Again thanks for your support and honest sincere comments.
    Much respect,

I love that you've woven in "is it beauty or is it madness," in the lyrics. In this context, the phrase is sooo loaded and expresses far more than the simple words alone can. The connection between the guitar and your voice creates the perfect medium to carry something so weighty, too. Definitely a synergistic collaboration here! Faved for sure.

    Reply by AnomalyJ

Hey Nomad...I'm finally getting back in to the swing of things and since I really appreciate people taking the time to tell me what they think about my music and I love the expressive reviews that you give. The beauty and madness thing was born over time but it came out full circle in this tune. thanks again.

Description : Just an acoustic/piano piece I threw together a few nights ago when coming home from university. My brother and I were doing some acoustic music together in my room, just having fun; came out with this; I immediately got on my DAW and recorded it before I forgot how ti went lol. Hoping to get some strings on it soon as well as some vocals from the bro! :P In the meantime, enjoy this instrumental.

Description : Here's a lil' acoustic instrumental I never wrote words to. Used a Guild acoustic guitar mic'd with an AKG C214 and my trusty ol' Yamaha MOX8 for other instruments (excluding shaker - that was real ;). You can find the guitar loops to this song on my profile page. Maybe one of you looperpeeps can come up with something for words on this. Otherwise, enjoy le moosic :3

Description : This is an acoustic cover of the song "Come As You Are" by David Crowder. I recorded, mixed, and mastered this one in two days! Almost done burned me out haha! Hope you enjoy!

My older brother does the lead vocals and I do everything else, from instrumentation to harmonies. No vocal-editing whatsoever in this one. The guitars were all one-take recordings. Updated the audio - I added tambourine hits in the 2nd and 3rd choruses; just helps make for a more moving song.

Description : There were two separate tracks in work, but who knows why I got tired with them and then decided to merge them (or at least what left from them) into one piece hence they originate out of same musical purpose. No worries...no world war was ment here, except my recent personal one...haha...and you don't want to know about it.:) It's not real etude by any means, yet it's quite alot about practicing...practicing...

Description : This is my attempt at the one-hour challenge for LM (finished at 57 min 48 sec). I had to mix/master on the go and this was the result. Some bad chords here and there that I did my best to conceal, one-takes on guitar and piano and used an awesome acapella from a1000times, who wrote the words that Dikaiko sang over. I really like her voice. Anyhoo yea, I like this one a lot so probably gonna come back to this in the near future. Comments welcome.

I got the acapella here: https://www.looperman.com/acapellas/detail/7656/marauder-feat-dikaiko-by-a1000times-132bpm-dance-acapella

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!

Description : Written for Claudio's birthday (my Italian friend) in obvious waltz manner and with slight classical touch this tune appears to me almost painfully simple and minimalistic (and indeed it is)....and yet, Claudio who's very familiar with my music says that this is one of the nicest pieces of music I've ever written even if it wasn't his birthday present....well, who knows if he's right..:)^^
