Hi Manuela, the song immediately gave a sense of familiarity, a nostalgic but also happy rock/pop song; I like how the multiple vocals are arranged together, great work with that. Nice guitar solos/licks...and it could be my strange brain and got nothing to do with it but I picture this song as being performed by The Cardigans

In the exact moment that the vocals started, I was flooded with The Beatles, Liz Phair, Veruca Salt, and just a touch of The Wallflowers. As the song progressed, I was impressed with how well you managed to capture the condensed essence of pop rock, and channel it through the 60s and then through the 90s. Which, in my opinion, are two of the greatest decades for music.
Was this a conscious choice, or did it just happen to fall in place that way? Because If you were trying for a retro 90s sound, y'all nailed it. Right down to the guitar tone, reverb and delay on the guitar leads. The vocal panning and harmonizing. The organ placement. Damned impressive.
I particularly like this one for it's ability to stir the nostalgic mud at the bottom of my pond. I wouldn't go as far to say I'm stuck in the 90s overall, but when it comes to the music...yeah. I really am.
