Well mate...I likely have little to offer as I`m just sitting here bobbing my head & enjoying listening...and thinking its good to discover this kind of creativity and musicianship on LM..was away for a few years & scratched my old head a bit about going back to posting on a site where my musical tastes are likely so retro they`d be lost in the latest genres (although I admit there have been some I really liked)...this is cool stuff mate...much respect to you...Ed
Sorry to post twice, but I forgot to ask in my first post... what does 'I'm sticking a fork in this' mean?
Hello Mark, you certainly very busy musically and whenever I look at this site you have a new track up. Maybe you should consider changing your pseudonym to 'Mr Prolific'. Joking aside, There are some nice moments in this. At 2:33 I like the dual melody line you have going on and again at about 4 mins you have a nice piano sax interlude.
Good track! But the drums are a bit overpowering in the mix for my taste (and I say that as a part-time drummer). Awesome drums btw, tight as a rock, but I prefer hearing more of the guitar and sax!
Excellent jazz performance there buddy! The sound quality is pristine as well. Well done.
Hi M.T.
I sent you a message with my email, hopefully you get it & you can send the file to the email address included in the message & as soon as I get chance will take a listen no problem. Take Care & Stay Safe.

Very nice work! The guitar is amazing!
Wow, Mark,
How are you doing?
I love the bass mate.
Great track my friend.
Good mix too.
Well done.

A delicious jazz-funk thang you have born from the depths of change and evolution.. cool work as always. I love what you bring to the table here mate. Someday I need to tell you about my first time going to the Blue note in NYC to see Mike Stern. That bass wah you use is pretty cool. I love the two schools of funk which one is more acoustic-electric, and the other is synth-driven. That backward reverb sax was a nice touch. I used to love listening to Zapp (Roger Troutman) which I discovered in college while DJng on air. in 1990. Then that Piano is sublime. There is some cool FX being used by yourself on this tune. Enjoying this while opening my First La Fin du Monde beer this evening ( The end of the world at 9pct ABV). truly both puts me in a nice place this late evening mate. Soldier on mate!
I'm not sure if it is by design or not, but I'm hearing something odd in the open high hats (at 0:09, through 0:17), like the sound is cutting out for a split second in the middle of the open hat's reverberation. And again at 0:40, so I guess it is throughout. Probably just a matter of taste (It just bugs me).
Great bass and instrumentation throughout. That horn right before the low sax is still a bit out of place.
I think I'm just picky today.
:D
Still loving that quick sax part with the delay. The harmony behind the later solo is interesting as well. The sax writing in general is great.
Still a great track, still a fave. I figured some feedback other than the usual awe could help.
TTYL.

Otro exito hermano. Que tengas un buen da. Paz y salud.
M.T. I had to come listen and comment this before I'm back working & busy with limited time here on LM. Hearing this before my morning run is awesome & I was not disappointed at all. Groovylicious! from start to finish and who would of thought you could improve on the masterpiece you already produced but this too is FUNK heaven...The sax is OUTSTANDING! for real. Don't forget to *Take a bow* lol TOP! Music if ever I heard it.
I'm sorry about your experienced technical issues, usually you can just press browse and upload a different file without removing the whole track but I'm not sure what your problem was and if that would have worked. Continue the GREAT! Work. Glad to have got a chance to listen to this, always Splendid! Work. Bravo!!
