Thank you for such a peaceful tune. almost psychedelic and describes the 森林浴) experience quite well. for me, I would still prefer an onsen but I get the idea. awesome mix btw.

thanks for the listen, yes i think i would prefer that too and there is a distinct lack of them down here in Southland. But i grew up in Rotorua which is built on a geothermal field and there were plenty of secret little onsen tucked away in the bush up there. cheers.

Love the live sounding drums. Distorted guitar is a nice touch. The Japanese give it a psychedelic feel. Great job.

Thank you m'Lady. Komorebi, now there's a beautiful word for a beautiful thing. Any culture that has a specific word for such a phenomona is ok by me. I wonder if they also have a word for the sound a mushroom makes as it pushes up thru the earth? :)

First off, it's interesting that you get paid to forest bath, I've never heard of such a thing. Are the places you go thermally heated or is it cold water you bath in? I hope it helps you in some physical or spiritual way.

I like the track, slower paced, ethereal. The vocals and the guitars, with all the effects on them, make up a spacious and expansive setting for the mind to wander. Drums and bass are doing their job, setting the foundation for all the goodness that happens in front of them. I like the whole vibe going on!

Hi Wayne, I probably didn't make myself very clear. Forest bathing is a thing - basically a slow meditative mooch through forest with all senses engaged, soaking up the atmosphere. Theres a fair bit of research that says that sort of thing is good for body and soul. I don't get payed to actually do that! But i am an ecologist/botanist by trade so its not unusual for me to spend days or weeks immersed in nature in fairly remote locations (not so much in recent years as i've become a bit more office bound unfortunately). Thanks for you comments on the track, i appreciate them as always. Cheers Chris

Very nice laid back groove to this. Reminded me somewhat of the Robben Ford, Jimmy Haslip & Vinnie Colaiuta band - Jing Chi.

I like the acapellas from steelyvibe and allways wanted to use them but I have to learn a bit more to integrate acapellas from here. You did it very well. wish I was able to do it like you did. Well done. only a few instruments to create that big music.

Thanks for that. Was only a throw away thing on the guitar really but I dropped the vocal in and it fitted straight off. Couldn't get the tune of of my head.

Description : Many of you know well that Tumbleweed & Orlando collabs are pretty much well established tradition within LM society by now, and here is the newest example to reinforce that tradition. It's probably the last this year (yet never take it for granted) and I think it has (although not particularly intended) a bit of that seasonal celebrative nature, thus fitting quite well into this festive feel of December. Despite providing it's share of melancholic tones (you can bet who is responsible...haha...) it's a quite happy tune overall...and it doesn't bite, so you're all most welcome to listen and comment !... As always my sincere thanks to Ed !

Description : The spring is in full motion over here and I guess it helped me quite a bit to complete my part of the job on yet another exciting collab with maestro Tumbleweed. Most of our collab works contain at least some aspect which demonstrates something out of ordinary one or another way. This time we got a peculiar combination of mysticism and merciless attacks of soapiness (my bad....haha)....So let's listen to hear whether I'm right or not!....:) As always on such occasions, all my thanks to Ed !
