Hey there man thanks for that info i started off using magix before i ended up with mixcraft so i am kinda on the right direction as i was doing that on magix puting 2 or 3 beats at diff tempo then setting them to main beat lol i just never knew what i was doing haha, and my end bit was right too but wrong at the same time im slowly getting there with some things thanks again man i have actually copied and pasted what u said and sent it to myself on a email so i can revert back to it. On another not sorry can i have the name of that sound card again i have some spare money this week so i am going to treat myself to a new toy :)
thanks again and i am still waiting for PT 3 :)

np i said set tempo to say 12bpm ment say 120 bpm in every thing will lock to 120 so if you say put a snth loop 4 bar 8 bar track playing it will be playing at the tempo you have set tempo will math even if 200 bpm but sound difernt from the original loop

yeah ok, this is petting the underbelly of the beast. like cyberflares, i’m amazed you get that amount of dirt without acoustic input, that is a lightbulb right there for me. ever play an aco-electric into your sound card that way — i’d like to try that!

ive played yamaha synth thru pedals many difernt guitars with difernt pickup setups played yamaha dd155 drums thru them and a bass some of my pedals tho will turn a guitar into synth sound or a bass can play some good bass on guitar with bass efects pedal processor

hey man i have a question for you if you dont mind? see when you layer something say a guitar loop is this right original loop copy1 of original and set it to lower for more bassy sound and 3rd loop higher than original and if this is right do you put them on the same track or individual tracks? thanks in advance sorry to be a doofus lol

    blindwolf2

whith layering you kinda need a ear sound know what sounds blend into sounds making a differnt sound when put together magix music maker good for this because you can make say a 4 bar loop span pop a drum beat into it what ever bpm that loop is locks every thing into that bpm then you can mute that track say that drum beat is 12bpm now its muted and youcan put a nother drum beat in a nother track say its 100bpm it now plays at 120 now play that loop while its playing you can put any into another track with one click it will show as transparent let you hear how it sounds looking thru your loops u made or have you can go thru guitars sounds doble click it be comes selected now do same in next track find nother bass or guitar while playing how dose it sound ok bit over powering but fits so select bring volume down now lets add filters sounds from studio to sound with volcals you can do what you said three same tracks bring pitch up on one bring pitch downon a nother leave one as is brings a more beefy volcal

just as you say I think it lacks a bass and a noise gate at the end. The least we can say is that it's original, brother!

Interesting idea. However i feel it is a bit sharp. To prevent that over the whole master track I would put a eq with a low pass set at 15k. A head banger for sure!!

ah if i had a full head of hair id be in the mosh pit right now i guess my bushy eyebrows will have to suffice to a bit of banging ace man. tell me if you don't mind me asking you said your pedals are through your sound card? is that on your computer or a separate piece of equipment?

    blindwolf2
    Reply by blindwolf2

a sound card plugs into your computer usb port i use a behringer u-phoria 204hd it has to inputs you can get them with many more inputs but i only need to play one thing at a time your mic will plug into it your guitar leed so one guitar leed from guitar to pedal in another guitar leed from pedal out into sound card then good to go same if you want to plug your amp ito the computer run it thu your studio but recommend like 15 watt or less amp for that

I got my guitar metal pedal. Im gona play it. Im gona break it. Im gona play it loud. Im gona break it down. Its my guitar pedal. Its gona make a sound. Its gona bring you down. Its gona bring you down! I got this guitar its so cheap,i like cheap shit. Its gona bring home the sheep. And the goats will line up in the yard. Listen to you play that metal pedal realy hard. And its time to play.Nothing more to say. Cause its time to play your pedal all day.

Description : I wrote this song some time ago when I was living in Florida. It's even more true today.

Vocals by Arthur Granquist, guitar by the great Kevin Lysen, drums by Marc Karmatz, also the recording engineer.

The idea musically was to take some rock and some bluegrass elements, mash 'em up and see what happened.

Every day is a struggle to do better in a crazy world.

Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.

Description : My transition track here.

Want to start integrating some guitar into my tracks.

Description : The first track I sing on. Cheap stage mic & no fancy plugins. Heavily guitar laden to the point it's got a bit of a shoegaze thing going on. I pulled the lyrics out of my ass & yes, they're a bit silly.
