    Hello My friend,

Sorry mate I thought I did look at this one.

Mate I've lost my brother to the BIG C two weeks ago and my mind is mashed.

This is a great track, as usual.

    Well done mate.

hey Maj, i’m really saddened by your loss. i commend you for sharing it with us; it is terrible how alone a loss can make anyone. you have so many connections here — be assured that it’s ok to reach out. if i lost one of my six siblings, i would be shattered too. i pray that time will be your ally, my friend.

Love the double bass in this, gives it a real nice groove in the 1st part.

Spoken word is something ive never really gotten into but i can understand the art in crafting this type of sound and the story told.

hmmmm... pretty cool track, good use of the monotone vocal part, adds a sense of how generic and oblivious we've become as a society and how immune we are to the absurd thinking. I liked how you brought in "The Air That We Breath", the Hollies?

Intro was calming, the bass was great with the drums and picked up my attention and then when the vox came in I had to really focus. Cool music changes going on under the attention grabbing vox that I hope don't go unnoticed.

    Creative work man!

thank you wayne, i really value your insightful listen! y’know i messed up that intro and made it too unrecognizable. i’ve corrected that, so check the first 30 secs out again if you get a chance i think you’ll like the quote (loop by rasputin).

Description : I think of this as "melodic talking" rather than "spoken word" or "rap", but I always struggle with what to label my stuff. The music is drum and voice, very basic. Mixed using Audacity (not in the list).
Look back to your forebears, look ahead to your children and their children, and that - that chain of generations - is your river - of life, of DNA, of blood. It's a potent metaphor for me and I keep trying to capture it in a song. What do you think of this one?

Description : Spoken word - melodic talking - redneck hiphop - dubpop - I dunno. This song is part of "The Love Offensive" where I'm writing a bunch of simple, direct songs around the theme of more love, less hate. Just going with the flow of my natural weirdness. Orchestration is 5 loops from rmce, thedarkflamemaster, bosni, rasputin1963 and blackmansta10. Please let me know what you think.

Description : Spoken Word, acoustic,

Description : This is the first beat I made which were assembled around the vocals... lol, and please forgive my half ass attempt at dubstep, I'm just learning how to work it... if you didn't know by now, I'm more of a hiphop guy but I appreciate other genres a lot.
