yeah...this is (was) my main musical attitude in the past (or maybe today, too...in the soft songs) to get some cool groovy and rhythm guitr play as Hetfield (Metallica) for example...

Sounds great, Nice mixing. Agree with adding vocals being a good idea. Good selection of distortions and filters on the riffs.

Reminds me of when a few of us use to have jam sessions in the ex sex pistols drummers church/studio/drum pit .... miss those days back in the 80s

Can definately hear The Prodigy edge to it and very nicely done.

Still cant weigh up between you, cru or static nomad ... which one is the GOD of LM...its possibly all of you! lol

Love it as always so much going on in your music especially the drums its hard to get it all in my ears.

    Welldone Champ

Could someone let me know if Static Nomad has been on recently...miss his music too:)

    Hey good bro!

Be careful... I'm the lonely, exiled, untrained guitarist who was once a drummer ...

on the other hand, I wondered what I could have taken if I didn't have 3 children ...:-) (joke, of course...)

    thank you very much DJ!

Awesome track. The distortion on the opening riff sounds really cool. The drums sound great. You're obligated to play a wild guitar solo now.

    Thank you Heath!

To play guitar solos are only given to the biggest ones like Rhodesy who commented below you ...I have "wodden hand" if you know what I mean...:-) rhythm is ok. but that's all...

Hi Danke, when you really played this all by yourself you're a fantastic band. This rocks and RuslanG is right - somebody should be singing on it.
    Rock on!

    Thanx Doctor!

Yeah, we play in band (WHEN WE COULD...) but these musical solutions are not allowed in the mother band...so I have to upload here to get some positivity (or negativity) from you guys...I'm a drummer (as I qualified in degrees...:-) but later we didn't find acoustic guitarist for the band so I had to change...you know, drummer has so many...:-) than we found a cool guitarist so I also had to change, cause the bass plyer departed too...BAAAND LIIIFE...:-)

Description : This punk song had it’s beginnings after I read a newspaper article about students in high school who wanted the start time of school to be pushed to a time more convenient for them as they were too tired to get up for school. The cause was staying up late on their mobile devices, texting and on social media and the “like” and parents not taking the devices away when it’s bedtime. The backlash was hilarious in the comments section as terms like “generation cupcake” and “the pussification of America” , “participation trophies” was the basic theme. I was instantly motivated to write a punk song, great material.

I explained to Jim how there seemed to be a certain disconnect between the newer generation of electronic music producers and the real musician citing comments made in the forums here. He just couldn’t believe it, I can’t post his comments because of the language restrictions but we had quite the chuckle.

This one moves, 180 bpm. Started this one about 4 months ago and had done several mixes with synths throughout the song. Then Jim contacted me and I sent him this ambitious number to start us off. He came by, the synths were dumped and this is the result.

The vocals are pretty funny, I lightly used a vocoder in a few places. I played with some panning and some delays and had a blast getting this one done. Once again, Jim has astounded me with his talent. Hope you enjoy this one!

Description : "This is a Public Service Announcement...WITH GUITARS!!" An opening line in one of my favorite bands songs and it helps describe this one perfectly. Bonus points if you know the band or particular song. I modeled the song after that band and this one hearkens back to the early days of punk. This was written by my brother Chris and I got a little help on guitars from my friend Jim. Fun lyrics and full of energy, this one is a fav of mine of all the songs my brother has written. I sing and play the bass and produced it. Got new monitors and a new interface, hopefully it sounds better than other mixes I've done. Final Update: Oct 2017 Remixed Enjoy!

Description : Lyrics are written out.
A very personal track. I went hard. Pretty much all my life i was told i was worthless, never gonna be anything, and one day i was done with those lies, and changed my thoughts and started doing what i was told i couldnt do. This song is kinda about that. All loops are from the wonderfully talented MINOR2GO. All vocals are me.

Description : Punk song. Recorded with Fruityloops using EZdrummer
and La pou guitar sim plug-ins.
Its short and sweet, if anyone wants to throw some vocals at it go ahead. I have lyrics and melody written if that sweetens the deal.
Please shoot any thoughts on the mix you think could be done better. If you'd like to use it send me a msg for the download.

Description : Cheesy, campy horror punk track inspired by and in a way written for a friend of mine. I'm a punk addict and have been doing what I can to make my own as of late. This is the latest, next to some acoustic tracks I've done. It's been featured on Underground Horror Radio (internet punk station) and will be on an upcoming show of Loud and Local on 94.9 if I understand correctly from Jake.

The secondary guitar in the second verse and chorus series is really what makes it for me. The vox aren't the best, as I'm not really a singer, but I've been doing what I can. So it is what it is.
