Great stuff. I hear a bit of Sabbath and Pantera. It has an awesome groove. 0:19 is an epic riff. I like the use of ambient noise at 1:17. It helps fill out the track.

Wow...incredible work my brother, you never cease to amaze me with your genius creativity. Love the raw guitar at :20, I hear a bit of both Sabbath and Soundgarden. This is screaming for vocals, someone in the vain of Chris Cornell would do justice on this. Stellar performance and killer production, and as always, hats off to one of my favorite artist. Cheers!

    Hey dear brother!

You know what rock music means for us...the beginnings, the present (with sideways on the chill) and perhaps the finals when we could play only in the wheelchair...lol...can't say how true every word you wrote and in the distant or near future we could collaborate maybe on this number...:-)

    Reply by danke

    thanx sweetcherries!

understand the word: chameleon but my main goals are chill out (lofi is nearly chill...) and rock...I say this despite of the fact that this is the first rock song of mine here for years...it wasn't always so...PeteTebar could tell you about older times when only rock songs were on my page...and I come from the rock scene...we still have 2 bands...we play live many times...enjoy these ones:

    cheers, Danke

Description : "Remember the Sabbath day".

I went to see Sabbath for the last time the other night here in Dallas. They have proclaimed themselves a Dead Band Walking and are performing their final concert tour. They put on a great show as always but it was a sad ending, as most endings usually are. Since they are one of my favorite bands I decided to put together a little tribute track here. I have been busy working on some doom/stoner metal riffs and also have a lot of Sabbath cover stuff I've done. So I did a little mix of something new along with my version of Supernaut. It's basically a jam that focuses on replicating their sound and styling. I know there's a few Black Sabbath fans here so hopefully you guys will like it.

Long live the GOAT, the greatest of all time, the true Gods of Metal - Black Sabbath !

Description : A collab with nicetones101 ! This has been awhile in the making, real life caught up with me and i had to take a little musical break. I looked over my past comments i received and i tried to put all the constructive criticism to work ! I turned the vocals up a bit , I also cut down on the effects and left a clean vocal track. I did want the chaos and the noise to still be a player in certain parts though. I tried to create two distinct atmospheres, an uneasy calm and a manic episode. I prefer headphones with this track as there is a lot going on at certain times.

Description : A collab with nicetones101. Dark , gritty and with questionable intent. crunchy riff driven guitars and atmospheric vocals weave together a solemn track.Hopefully we invoke some sort of emotion! \m/

Description : made this and most of my new songs with loops i buy
i can play but have no guitar my loops are
ambient metal creations 2
beta monkey double bass mania
uberschall no headroom

Description : A collab with fellow Looperman, "dssdsdsd". He posted a pretty wicked guitar instrumental a while back of this song from KoRns Untouchables LP with a request for someone to mix it. I decided to give it a shot to complete the song. Wanted to stay true to the original as possible but didn't want a carbon copy so I tried a few ideas of my own. Added a bit of my own guitar, drums, keyboards, a lot of effects and even stepped up to the mic for a try at the vocals.

Description : Psychedelic chillout stoner/doom epic. Badass heavy riffage and drumming plus big chillout vibes. Heavy electric guitar plus slow attack lead parts. Other beauty and ambience from filter swept violins, two synth pads and some subtle female vocal samples. Also bass guitar and sub bass. Two programmed, heavy drum kits and one lighter one, to fatten up the sound.

Tags : | Heavy Metal | 9.94 MB

Description : One of my greatest heavy tracks. What I find unusual is the amount of melodic and deep ambient guitar that sits on top of low, distorted riffs and fat, heavy drums. Very little synth work here apart from the sub bass, which plays almost throughout. Bass guitar in two sections and a couple of slide resonator guitar solos. Drums are a few programmed metal/rock kits, no drum loops. What I still have trouble believing and understanding is that all of the many vocal sounds in this are actually timestretched guitar parts (8x or 800% slower). I don't know why the timestretching adds such a clear vocal component to the sound. Gets darker and more intense in the middle (and towards the end) but this is otherwise quite melodic - perhaps in a way that might put off some metallers. Shitloads of guitar playing, some fairly badass, and lots of heavy, crashing drums so press play if you want to rock hard but also in a deep ambient, psychedelic way. Interesting thoughts and reflections are, as always, greatly appreciated. Detailed comments preferred...

Description : I am totally just gonna encourage you to hit play...and enjoy!

Thank you so much Mr. Bear for the track and the mix :-), now you'll have something to entertain you on your trip :-)

Description : I discovered Meshuggah around 2003 and was blown away by the power, complexity and super Heavy sound of their music. Their "Nothing" album marked the switch to 8 string guitars and pushed Heavy Metal into a whole new territory. My track is a variant cover of their song "Nebulous". I have stayed pretty close to the original but added a few dynamic elements of my own. Its loud, its super heavy and way out there...Beyond Nebulous.

Description : UPDATED!
My latest work. It would be awesome to find a singer for this.. 105 BPM

Description : This unconventional metal track is dedicated to Valvedriver https://www.looperman.com/users/profile/841435 though it's not a parody of his fine music or me actively trying to sound like it. I struggled for months with the first few minutes of this track knowing that I must be able to take it somewhere deeper, more psychedelic and powerful. Then I loaded some sampled choir voice instruments, as used in my track Reckful https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/160356 and suddenly found myself happily in Valveland - not a place I visit often. Feeling amply Valvedriven and newly inspired, I added the last few minutes fairly easily and very quickly. So: it's a twisting, turning mixture of grunge, menacing ambient, mystical metal and ultra-heavy funk. Instruments: electric guitar+bass, synth basses, female choir voices, one synth pad, some other synths on the nastier side of things and a few programmed heavy acoustic drumkits playing a mixture of triplets and straighter grooves. Interesting thoughts appreciated. Favourite bits? Shit bits? Please listen on good headphones/speakers as there's a lot of heavy bass in this. Now get ready to rock: balls out, hands in the air and with rebellious joy in your heart. Just try not to headbang the hell out of your laptop. Go!
