Description : So glad and honoured to present the first ever collab with great Danke. He was kind enough to let me develop my own twist on his recently uploaded tune "Helix". In addition to my usual piano and strings I also smuggled in some steel and tremolo guitars. Any feedback will be much appreciated. All my thanks to dear friend Danke !:)

A interesting collab project indeed. The part that i find interesting about this track. Is that the elements of acoustic & chill out elements collide to one and another. But in a good & harmonieus kinda way that is. So yeah once more a nice track to listen to. Well done Orlando & danke. Keep on listening & creating. And have a good one to the both of ya ;)

Cool atmosphere in the intro, I like the reverb a lot. The guitar that comes in at 1:15 is nice, kinda overpowered by the strings a bit though, maybe some EQ would help.

Piano section sounding good with a nice transition into the next part where the funky bassline is more prominent.

Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing listen, a few mix issues but nothing major, well done! :)

Leon, first of all, I consider this is a milestone collab that should be noted on Looperman home page in one inch red letters !

Hell this header should be on Yahoos home page!!!

Danke's original is tremedous enough to stand on its own but your additional touches pushes it into the EPIC zone. Man when I hit the play button I was anticipating something special and I definitely got my moneys worth, or at least my Looperman credits worth (lol)!!

Is this place great or what? Where else do you get free music such as this?!!!!

I couldn't download it fast enough!

Those strings at 1:01 made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up ! I love the tremelo guitar intro for the piano and of course the piano and keys are awesome ! You added some guitar lead there at the end too, solid man ! Dankes melodic composition here is so hauntingly beautiful. Not since Nancy Wilsons Elevator Beat from the movie Vanilla Sky have I been so moved by this sort of melody. His acoustic guitar track in here is killer ! He (danke) is such a humble and low key sort of person who shy's away or downplays a lot of praise and attention and but he's an extraordinary artist and deserves every bit of it and more. I have quite a collection of his music and the more I download the more I feel I'm steeling money from him. Thankfully he has starting disabling downloads. The same goes for you bro. This is a fabulous piece of music. Thanks so much for posting and allowing us the opportunity to experience this wonderful song once again.

Hey Neo...always a pleasure to hear from you ! To tell you the truth I wasn't expecting such a generous feedback from anyone, not even in my sweetest dreams, so this is frankly almost shocking surprise to me (in a positive sense ofcourse)! Big thank you for all this positivity and for the 'fav'...means the world !:)

Leon. How are you, sir? Danke as well, just in case he's reading. ;)

This is an amazing piece! I think the only thing that would have made it better, (based entirely on my opinion.), would be if you had audio of a gentle thunderstorm in the intro, and then again at 3:15 to take us out. Maybe because this song just sounds like a good summer rain to me.

There are so many elements at work in this song, but at no point does it ever seem crowded, rushed, or forced. It's so relaxed, and just flows so organically.

Either way, gentlemen, outstanding! So much so, I not only fav'd, but downloaded to put in the play list!

    As always, excelent work.

    Take care.

    Reply by Orlando51

Hey Aaron my friend ! It seems I'm very fine since I'm granted the opportunity to collab with such great guys as Danke. I really appreciate your thunderstorm idea, just as I appreciate your generous feedback as a whole. Thank you so kindly for that and ofcourse also for the 'fav' and 'dl'
    which always means alot!:)

With danke and Orlando in the mix, I just knew it was going to be good,,,and indeed it is...I hear both of your influence here...the soaring violin and carefully place d keys...the deep rich pads flowing through the progression...the evolving scoundscape that holds the listener`s attention till the last note...like those guitar bits Leon....great collab guys,,just as I expected from 2 special talents...Ed

Very cool men! Sweet mix, dreamy, positive and uplifting.

The piano is well played and put in at the right time and just enough. I like all the guitars too, recorded well and who don't like guitars, right?

Ahhhhh, rainy here, good music for the mood. Thanks!

There's something bugging me about the guitar that comes in at 1:14 in terms of mixing, the composition is great but like the reverb on it (or lack thereof) doesn't mesh as well or something? Can't quite put my finger on it. It's nothing major, doesn't ruin the song. Like besides that everything is on-point, if you two put out an album in this style i'd buy it.

    Reply by Orlando51

Well, I'm not sure myself now about that guitar...hehe...
Anyways, thanks alot for generally positive feedback and especially for being potential buyer of our albums..:))

Description : Just an acoustic/piano piece I threw together a few nights ago when coming home from university. My brother and I were doing some acoustic music together in my room, just having fun; came out with this; I immediately got on my DAW and recorded it before I forgot how ti went lol. Hoping to get some strings on it soon as well as some vocals from the bro! :P In the meantime, enjoy this instrumental.

Description : This is an acoustic cover of the song "Come As You Are" by David Crowder. I recorded, mixed, and mastered this one in two days! Almost done burned me out haha! Hope you enjoy!

My older brother does the lead vocals and I do everything else, from instrumentation to harmonies. No vocal-editing whatsoever in this one. The guitars were all one-take recordings. Updated the audio - I added tambourine hits in the 2nd and 3rd choruses; just helps make for a more moving song.

Used a Guild acoustic guitar mic'd with an AKG C214 and my trusty ol' Yamaha MOX8 for other instruments (excluding shaker - that was real ;). You can find the guitar loops to this song on my profile page. Maybe one of you looperpeeps can come up with something for words on this. Otherwise, enjoy le moosic :3

Description : This is my attempt at the one-hour challenge for LM (finished at 57 min 48 sec). I had to mix/master on the go and this was the result. Some bad chords here and there that I did my best to conceal, one-takes on guitar and piano and used an awesome acapella from a1000times, who wrote the words that Dikaiko sang over. I really like her voice. Anyhoo yea, I like this one a lot so probably gonna come back to this in the near future. Comments welcome.

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!

Description : Written for Claudio's birthday (my Italian friend) in obvious waltz manner and with slight classical touch this tune appears to me almost painfully simple and minimalistic (and indeed it is)....and yet, Claudio who's very familiar with my music says that this is one of the nicest pieces of music I've ever written even if it wasn't his birthday present....well, who knows if he's right..:)^^
