How do I monitor what I am inputing thru a USB mic(no interfce) WHILE I am recording. I want to monitor my vocal live. I know acid pro pretty well, but never recorded with it. Wondering if its justa setting, which I doubt, I have looked everywhere. I know theres a setting according to the help index should allow for input monitoring, but its not available to choose from. This maybe possibly because of a soundcard compatibilty issue? dont know if i even have a sound card! any help appreciated!

right on! i see the input meter is active when I record, not the output meter. not til playback... are you able to hear your vocals, as you record them, thru your headphones? thats mt issue.

I gave up on trying to record with it for now. I have a digi recorder anyway. I think i need an interface or soundcard. And even if i had that, I would prefer hardware. Still am curious about it though.
