Hey i have a problem, i want to make a Drum loop but i have this:
How do i shorten it?
Sorry, fixed linkhttp://img3.imageshack.us/img3/5836/halpn.jpgIMG tags are not allowed?
you cant make it shorter then that but if you use the whole pattern instead then just play around with the tempo and then listen out for what your wanting..
In the left hand top corner where there is a box with to dash marks in it. Left click and hold scroll up or down to shorten or lenghthen the pattern. From the looks of it you are going to want to put it at 2 mabey three. But common time signatures will rum 4 8 16 and so on.
Great way to ask a question! Love the link to the pic to really ask correctly. Great job!
Where you got your red line is the start of the third bar. Notice the difference in color every 4 steps. Those indicate your bars. 4 steps equals 1 bar.
Another way to mess with this is to export just the loop you created to mp3 or wav form load it back up in a sampler channel and place the loop correctly in the playlist to get it to loop seamlessly the way you intended it too.
Thanks so much :)It works heh :)
