Ive downloaded a scratch loop at 90 BPM, the song I got is 105 BPM, how do I stretch the sample to fit
If you use acid the loops should stretch themselves to fit the tempo of the track your making. A simple way to stretch a loop is to download a demo copy of acid and then set the tempo to 105bpm and then choose, export loops from the file menu. this will export all your loops in that track at the tempo you chose.
Other programs have their own built in ways of time stretching.
What software are you using to build your tracks ?
The Best Way To Do It Personally Is Chopping/Cutting Them Into Pieces And Rearranging Them However You See Fit. Not Only Can You Make It Your Own Scratch, You Wont Have To Worry About Bpm... Youre Goin By Ear!
