Hey guys so I found this beat on beatmasters that uses the same drum loop as in wockesha by money bag yo, also with the same pour into a cup effects, and I offered a negotion but seller hasn't answered. Anyways I also read on google that drum loops can't be copyrighted so can anyone make a remake for me? my intsgram is @officislfamousseamus thanks!

Just ask them where they bought that drum from. It is most likely from a commercial royalty-free drum loop pack. They cannot resell or redistribute a loop that came from a loop pack because it is not theirs to resell or redistribute, they just have a license to use it royalty-free in their songs. Producers do use loops, a lot. They have been known to even come to this site for loops.
