Poet-Producer Looking For Singer

Hello there. I'm a poet looking for singers to replace my voice on tracks I produced. If you can find 5-11 tracks you like from my songs (for a possible EP or album release) and want to try out vocals, I can send you instrumentals and we can take it from there. Although you do not sing, your vocals sound excellent. You got a very expressive style. If you do not get the vocalists, try to invest in yourself and your unique vocal style. Also, consider some creative vocal effects beyond just plain reverb. I hope you do get some vocalists to step up in order to placate your wish. Also, the hip-hop drums in your song THE WOODS MAN is not a good fit with your style in my opinion. Good Luck!

Hey i really like what you have here. As a fellow poet, i was immediately drawn to your imagery in "South of Somewhere." If you build on what youre doing, I can see you having a simmilar poetic ethos on your songs to Destroyer or Ross Gay in his works with Bon Iver. I'd love to do a cover of your aforementioned South of Somewhere, but perhaps with slightly adapted lyrics and rhythmic syllable shifting

I do definitely agree, invest in your own vocals. I am though a skilled female melodic vocalist and songwriter, so I could also help you out of you want to! Also, your style is very unique and I love your writing. I started a server recently to bring together only talented/skilled people from visual artists, to vocalists, rappers, producers and songwriters, and while you are a poet, you are very close to music with it so we would love to have you with us. There are many amazing servers to connect with people and make friends and chat, but most are not professionally oriented with only a handful of skilled artists.
