I think subvert audio will master a separation like this for about 100usd. Bob Mac works with wutang and a lot of great artists. I've used his services before. Bob is world class and not greedy. He'll even give you mix tips if you are very polite. It can make a huge difference if you intend to distribute the track commercially.
