but really can we talk about the sheer production of this if not the music which im sure isnt for everyone (for me it was an acquired taste). The short version is that its basically a stylized version of retelling historical events.

I could say more but like... I feel like pointing out that this is a wonderful if not perfect combination of old and new is enough. Its probably best to just watch it cause honestly this is something like what i want to do myself so of course im excited

they released an album recently so here's the playlist for that

phew, that certianly is a step in a different direction but i see what you mean. I can always appreciate performers that take it a step further. I'll look into these guys.

Anywyas, Im mostly hung on the idea of alternative forms of storytelling as a performance art though in this case honestly (though i admit i actually like heilungs music in addition). Another thing i liked the idea of was the Year Zero alternate reality game for example

They released a new music video, just a good excuse as any to revive this.

Very nature oriented, as one would expect from a band like this.

Call me stupid but Heilung (i knowed them before and i really like a lot of there work) reminds me on Shpongle. Sure its different like hell but in a way same. Deep intense powerful and modern and ancient at the same time. And they are also great musicians and producer with really great catchy live shows. I think it is all about set and setting. If all fits it goes just a step above the music alone.

there are some good shows out to watch. and RajaRam (one of the inventers of Psytrance) is still working with an age of 79 where others just sit on a window and stop living ....
