in like a robotic voice. Something where I can then download it as an mp3 or WAV and then use it in a song?
Hopefully a free site.
Thanks
I assume you may have already Googled and found some do exist like naturalreaders.com but the free version is intentionally crippled. To access the premium features in it to record you must pay a fee.
Alternatively you can turn to Android for a solution. There are tons of Free Android apps that can accomplish this as well and for free, that is text to Mp3 and even WAV.

Search Google Play: TEXT TO MP3

The software BALABOLKA is a freeware text-to-speech (TTS) engine.
It comes default with two male voices that can read your lyrics; it lets you save the audio as a WAV-file which, if you wish, you can import into your DAW and make it weirder.

If you have FL studio there is a text to speech program built in with a ton of options
