Anyways, I remember that a few things you could do to improve vocal health over-time were things including but not limited to:
    -Drink hot Green tea/honey/lemon
-Use throat lozanges often (non menthol)
-"Soft-coughs" (pretty much breathing heavy and fast to clear your throat instead of coughing)
    -and the obvious "Vocal Rest"

I even attended a big Duke vocal clinic-seminar-thingy, but it was a long time ago and I dont remember much else.

So my question to the more experienced Vocalist with a solid understanding on the matter is, "What else can I do to improve my vocal health?"
I figured this way I could educate myself and anyone else who stumbles upon this feed could find it useful!
