Seems that the secure certificate had expired overnight and I didnt get any advanced warning so you would have experienced broken links and pages not found for a while.

Glad to say that this is all sorted now and normal operations have resumed.

    Sorry for the hassle

I am just amazed how you stay on top of things like this Mr. Looperman. FYI to the thread: The secure certificate it what gives you that HTTPS:// it is all about the S, the Security when connecting, downloading and receiving files, cookies and other data while connected to The secure certificate uses your browser and Looperman's public key to encrypt your data back and forth all while assuring you that you are connected with the one and only in this case. The secure certificate is verified in real time by a trusted issuing certificate authority like Thawte. It would take a team of hackers many months with a room full of computers to hack the certificated which would only net them useless random binary garbage data and not much else if they are lucky.

The secure certificate works both ways like when you purchase that new phone online from a different HTTPS link, that checks a verifying certificate authority, and the owners public key for a secure experience relative to your own unique online experience with your host.

For your own security, Remember to use and maintain your own firewall, update your anti-virus and spyware definitions often, don't use cracked programs, never open file attachments from unknown sources, scan your systems regularly, and never reveal your passwords to anyone. And life will be easy!

The renewal of the certificate is a very important feature here and is not free of cost or time people. Thanks for all of your very hard work and resources Shan!
