What cartoons did you enjoy watching growing up as a kid?
I used to watch a lot of cartoons growing up. A little to much, but I loved it ^-^
My Cartoon favorites:
Jackie Chan Adventures
Pokemon
Beyblade
American Dragon
Jimmy Neutron
Billy and Mandy
Invader Zim
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Yu-Gi-Oh
static shock
I know there's probably a lot more, that I'm forgetting. What was your childhood memories like! What cartoons did you watch?
bruhski. Ed Edd n friggin Eddy
Heathcliff
Thundercats
Voltron
G.I. Joe
Though it wasn't a cartoon, I was a huge fan of Mr. Wizard back in the day. Still a huge MST3K fan.
Not quite as a "kid," but still loved these when I was young
Dr. Katz
The Critic
Beavis and Butthead
Actually as a kid, I liked:
Merry Melodies
TMNT
Jem
@TyWayne "Ed Edd n Eddy!" How can I forget that cartoon bruh. I wish they would continue to make more. Was so much fun watching it ^-^
@Evisma Woah! Old school cartoons. Before I had cable to watch cartoon network, "Thunder Cats" used to show on the local channels every weekend. I'm glad you shed light on that cartoon :)
@Spivkurl I google search your cartoons because i was unfamiliar with them, except "Beavis and Butthead" I've seen like an episode maybe. Since I still watch cartoons, Beavis and Butthead looks like a pretty interesting watch :)
The really early Beavis and Butthead episodes may be a bit lost on those who weren't coming of age in the early 1990's, but it's hard to tell. The people in power seemed really shocked by them at the time, and tried quickly to clean up the subject matter. Also, having the musical references helped a lot, since they would sit watching MTV and make fun of the videos.
Dr. Katz was hilarious. One of my favorite lines - "I got plans, you big asshole."
I hesitate to say I liked--
The Archies
Tom Terrific
Bugs Bunny/ Roadrunner Show
The Beatles Show
Mattie's Funday Funnies
Farmer Alfalfa
Bullwinkle and Rocky Show
Tennessee Tuxedo
Harveytoons
Tom & Jerry
and others I can't readily recall.
Ed Edd n eddy
Tom & Jerry
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Cedrik
Billy and Mandy
Spongebob
@Spivkurl Sadly I only got season 9 episodes of Beavis and Butthead. They really do go off on those celebrity artist. They holds nothing lol :)
@vigwig Sup man, don't hesitate to post your cartoons bruh. Those memories are treasure, that will remain with us for the rest of our lives ^-^
@777Rae Omg sponge bob. I learned a lot from Mr. Crabs. Patrick always does the most bruh. Definitely a good watch back in the days :)
