Hey, just read this in the another thread and I thought it'd be neat to share a picture of what equipment we work with. I'll post a picture of my setup here soon, and hopefully others will do the same.

    My hardware?
    That would be a PC.
    Seriously, that's all I use.
I have some experimental stuff I've recorded with my guitars but those don't really count.

ER, always promoting positive interaction :D Excellent. I'll get a pic or two soon. I don't have a recent one. Just a computer is a whole studio in itself :p Guitars count, they're hardware.

Never used the site or shared images before, so I may have not linked anything at all,... but it should be the main area around the computer with the guitars and small amp and pedal, my organ and a keyboard I use as a metronome, and my big bass amp, which is a bad Mo-Fo that makes the neighbors piss the bed. They have no choice.

Cool way to start a legit gear porn thread ER!

I'm going to wait until; 1) I get my Casio CZ-101 mods finished; and 2) A day when it is not so dim due to clouds - to take more pictures. I'm looking forward to it though!

Oh yeah, and Evisma, super sweet Lowrey organ you've got there! I've been passing up a similar era lowrey at the pawn shop lately. I just can't afford the space and responsibility of owning another organ. I can't help but feel any organ's pain when they are ditched at the thrift shops or pawn shops, or god forbid the garbage.

    @Spivkurl

Saw an awesome Wurlitzer at a flea market for only $150 but I don't have the room, and my Midi controller does a fine job of "organing". Damn wurlitzer had a cassette deck to record yourself. Just too big.

Spiv you got casios too? haha so I'm not the only one here.

I want the Privia PX-120, but for not I got the twins XW-P1, and XW-G1. I just love how they only weight 15 pounds, and you can put batteries in them and take them anywhere.

My room is a mess to take any pictures right now lol. My room is my studio!

I forgot to post a pic of my Sansamp Bass Driver I use for my bass guitar. I record with my Line 6 HD400 straight into my Presonus AudioBox 22VSL. Currently, I'm shopping for a guitar amp so I can mic it and record.

PS C'mon, you gotta love my Scooby Doo on my Strat...lol

@Zergmazter - Oh yeah, I am Casio obsessed to say the least! I have atleast ten Casio keyboards sitting around the house at the moment.

@Evisma - Hey Wurly's are awesome! I was so sad, I saw one of those Wurly's with the cassette deck at a Savers thrift shop here fro $29 a while back... SO wanted it. My wife would be very disappointed if I brought home another orphan... any way, where would I put it?!

    Evisma:

In your first pic, it looks a hell of a lot like there's an erect wooden dick in the bottom left of the screen. With a white band around it, for some reason.

Must be your studio dildo. With added dickband.

Otherwise, good to see your setup. Looks bigger than I expected but I guess that includes your new guitar, old bass, lefty etc. I mostly just think of you using the one instrument - that Ibanez bass.

You can never have enough guitars right!...this spring I will be making two new guitars,a four string chambered fretless with an epoxy coated fingerboard to accommodate round wound steel bass strings (gotta get that Jaco sound!) and a twelve string electric semi hollow,I'll also be putting frets on my current fretless Precision as I find I don't use it much as a fretless at the moment, which will make it unique in being a precision with an ebony fingerboard....and I suppose after that (down the track) I will make an EUB (electric upright bass)..I guess I'm addicted to bass! haha

Never enough guitars/basses PJB!!! NEVER!! Saw nice Chavel 4 string bass I'd love but I don't think I'd survive bringing it home ;) HAhahaha!!
My living room doubles as my studio :p I have a large casio keyboard not midi though, a yamaha full sized acoustic but the neck is cracked so it's stuck in my closet :(

Some casio porn for Spivkurl :p

I have a second set up in my bedroom but it's a mess! So sorry no pics at this time anyway. Those 2 portable external hard drives I take back and forth, there's 2 more non-portable ones under my desk. Another Emachines et1831-01 (upgraded) Sony Vaio laptop, 2nd Lexicon alpha audio interface (same as living room one pictured) a sure mic on a boom stand, peavey Rage 158 practice amp. Planning to build a bass amp out of some sub woofer speakers I scavenged from my transfer station job, but I usually just play through my computer mostly. Technology... Pioneer stereo reciever connected to an Emerson subwoofer, Fisher STV-9325 stereo speakers, set of Polk audio RM2 satelite speakers.
Also, I can't get a pic of my mobile phone, but I use that at work in a conference room for making voice samples. ...and that's all my toys :p

Love seeing where all this great music on here is made, and the gear porn! :D Great pics!!

    Good eye Static! :O

It's an Epiphone Les Paul 1956 Goldtop. I'll be adding new pick ups in a week, definitely Seymour Duncans :)

    @Static

"there's an erect wooden d--k in the bottom left of the screen. With a white band around it, for some reason."

I know how much you would love to believe that. But sadly, I must clear up the issue.

Just a chair, and I keep some spare rubber bands around that knob. Handy for cord-keepers.

    Phallic, yes.
    Phallus, no.

@PeteJonTebar - Yes, Seymours are excellent pickups. My brother has them installed on his Fender Stratocaster and it has some killer tone. Good choice there.

@phatkatz4 - As the photo's a little dark, I can't identify the model of that Casio. Looks like one I don't have though, so that's cool!

@Evisma - Ha ha! Very erotic furniture you have there!
