Hide it in the lights and spotlights,
    mix it with commercial claims
disown him like a contagious virus,
but again lost in the bars
    The stained by unfounded rumors,
forget it as an old man in a nursing home
    leeches suck boldly
    and just stayed awake again
    but remember, do not betray
    what made you live forever
Do not forget, do not betray what you have deep down inside
    that never dies
    your rock and roll attitude

@ Sergej77 - Thank You! I'm nowhere close to a good songwriter however! Console's,patchbay's, a couple of cables, some mics and a few distressors among others and I'll get the job done...or a simple audio interface and a pair of monitors :)))

Hang around for some time and you'll be amazed of all the talent here.

    Cheers,
    Malu

    hi sergej 77

iich must say rock is not dead but it is not what it once was merh = (listen to the views of the old rock tracks and compare them with the new times you wist to hear anhierb everything I mean my friend =) whenever I an example may call: ACDC's Hells Bells was a resounding success and a pure bomb in the charts (I think) and if I time a group like Linkin Park to see the melodies in my view very asleep. Because rock has the destruction of the Stu harcore guitar lines and fat drums and even a nice solo, but rather little test, and then a text of just crashing and rather fits with the Antichrist. Today is rock hits for me just guitar and drum on small voice and there is no longer the feeling for a rock song is to attempt to demolish hotel rooms =) in short skirt is not death but rather a step decrease

I do not get angry. But I sing in the language I speak and think (if it did in English would be a disaster) ... anyway rock is rock, in any language. The singing in English I leave to others. But I will always put the translation of my lyrics. Think of it like films with subtitles. R & R attitude.

Hi man...Rock isn't dead but the whole musical playing field has changed so much that Rock is now just one style amongst the myriads out there....I'd say Rock's undercurrent influence is as strong as ever but as a genre by itself it's heydays have past....fortunately for me I was around when Rock ruled...ahmen for that!....cheers Planet

I firmly believe in evolution in that things become something else over time. Usually thru whatever is happening depending on the "battle of the sexes".. as Pro-creation and our slavery to the replicator gene holds us in it's whim.

Rock is just an idea... to "Rock out" is what it's all about.

Oh and it's very nice to meet you Sergej77..

I am going to just be like "blah" and say that my rock and roll loops are pretty good and I spend a lot of time making sure they sound EPIC.

So please man, for me... PLEASE continue to "rock"

@ VICEN, that was sick. Good reading.

    Nice to here you -alividlife-

I already pick some of your loops!
You can't even imagine how much encuraging means to me...It's not easy to stay on 'rock', simply because I'm not deaf!
Sometimes I feel that I/m hundred years old...
However there is all around 'bad influence" - which is the name of my last truck i post here....
For a conclusion I must say - good staf will alwaus be GOOD!

Nope rock isn't dead, and even if you produce electronic stuff like me, whos to say that rock can't have an influence on more modern styles?

    Nice to meet you!

    Ste :D

Hells naw! Rock will never die. Rock has different entities and has gone through many evolutions. Just when you think it can't change, or get any better, something else come along. I personally feel rock hasn't had an impact in the music scene when alternative/grunge dominated the music industry in early to mid 90's, and I feel that rock will manifest itself in another form, and take everyone by surprise. Until then, keep rockin' and share with us - I'm game.
