The voices said I should come to this site. They said it was one of the best music communities online. When in doubt, I do what the voices say.

I was searching for a Magix Music Maker forum and it brought up a thread from the Looperman forum and I've been paying a visit here ever since ! Watts.

step 1. cut a hole in the box
step 2. put your junk in the box
step 3. "free loops and samples"

bam...i found it. although, i didn't really progress beyond lecherous loop and sample hunter for more than a year, which seems like a huge mistake in retrospect considering the valuable music education I've received from this site's members.

I just wanted a place to show off the tracks that I had made to the world a sort of stepping stone to perhaps a career later - well the review and feedback system on here is so easy to use I decided that I would stick around and all the guy/girls on here are awesome. Thanks Looperman, and to every member on here (even if u arent a track monster and are only here for loops)

Seems to be the usual, but I googled royalty-free wav loops. Then, I didn't actually take part in the community for a while, but one day I noticed the forum. Ever since then, I've been hooked. It's been awesome.

    Peace Out!!22Catch

I was bored and looking on facebook (something i don't go on very often) for "fruity loops" in an attempt to find some kind of community that i could show other my music on when i came across the looperman profile on there, so i checked the site out and was very impressed. I uploaded some stuff i had been making and had about 5 reviews in 1 night or something, which was amazing considering in months i had no feedback from myspace...

I googled 'free drum loops' to find simple rhythms to use with my new Sonar software - I was so pleased to find this community as a result.

Well as for me, I already have quite an extensive library of boughten Loops. So I was curious if there were anymore out there on the Internet and did a Google search...and 'Looperman' was listed in the #5 spot at the time.
So I came here and saw what this place was all about and joined up, and sent in my first song I ever made...a country song...and to my surprise, people played it and liked it.

I say surprised as I also have an Acidplanet acct. and not one of my songs has ever even been played in the 5 years I had the acct. I have since deleted those old songs I made on a keyboard and recently put up my new ones, and still no maybe you have to know someone over there?

Anyways. I am happy with Looperman and will stay here because of the feedback I get, which will help me improve, and for the great bunch of folks here....from all around the world. What a great audience! The world as your stage without the expense! :-)

Googled free loops and samples. lol at first i thought my music would be too lame for the site, so i didnt join it but kept downloading, i'm not saying that since joining now my tracks are cool, but when i did i realized its not just about having tracks u made that yourself each time. The beauty of this site is that you feel like ur chasing shadows but in a good way. There'll always be tracks that are better than urs, that inspire you to get better not just for your ego but to feel to have made a small impression in this thing called music.

Well, basically, I had just gotten Acid, and I didn't know how to make my own loops, so I searched on google for free loops. Eventually, I came upon this site, and it turned out to be really good. Pretty Much.

I was searching for free loops because I was tired of the jam pack stuff, found the site, downloaded a few cool loops, then months later came back for more, then that turned out to be more frequently - Recently I saw the post about banning someone for being lame/ no respect - and that made me want to full on join - it felt like a community of people I'd like to know...and I'm glad I did.

I was looking around to hopefully meet some other people that mess about with loops, and would be interested in some sort of collab with the ideas I can't seem to finish!! this new project hopefully will become an album, that if it gets done I will be releasing it through torrent sites as a free album, just for the fun of it!
