So Im at my moms right, and she's cooking my favorite home made dish, which is a recipe of hers named Lemon Chicken :d (it has more Oranges than lemon but uh...yeah)
Its not your average chicken dude/dudette. It is marinated for nearly a full day in an orange lemon and seasoning marinade and the juice is absolutely delicious. She also makes this sort of special lemon chicken sauce and I slather it on the chicken and the vegetable rice she makes to go with it. Its a freaking delicacy to me man!
(My stomach wants to put my mom at gunpoint and tell her to "cook faster dammit!" right now haha :P)
Anyways, this may have been asked before but.. whats your favorite home made dish Looperfam? Your moms doesnt need to be the cook btw hahaha :P

@ John Haha so wait, you have no home made fav? or is hummus your fav? Im confused ? lol

@Spivcurl Split Pea Soup? Im intrigued! what is split pea soup lol
One of the reasons I posted this was to see what loopers around the world enjoy. I find culture to be one of the more interesting inter subjective things that is a part of mankind.

Jazz pie! Just throw what bits you have left over in the fridge in a pot, put a pastry lid on the top and cook for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Improvised perfection... Well sometimes lol.

    Cheers, Slap...

Split pea soup... you've never had it!? Oh you're missing out! It's made from dried split peas and onions with spices, cooked in water until the peas break apart. Turns into a thick green soup that tastes great with some corn bread!

I make Indonesian fried noodles with garlic chick that's to die for. The vegetables are flash stir fried by the heat of the 4 soy-sauces that bind to the noodles. I even shave carrots for it.

pizzaghetti - no shti... i throw down a pizza dough (PS: NEVER use pancake batter, wait until you have actual dough!!!)

anyways.. then use ground beef, pizza/spaghetti sauce with lotsa shredded cheese to keep it and the spaghetti together.

then layer meat n cheese until your hearts content and bake !

yeaaaaahhh... your kids'll love it too !
(and if they don't like spinach, throw some in ; )

    SARMA...on my way..then it is a fantasy

For those who have never heard of this:
Sarma is a dish of grape, cabbage or chard leaves rolled around a filling usually based on minced meat.
There are many varieties of sarma. Usually it's the culture, religion and customs that determine the way of sarma's preparation!

    And fav cake: Samoborska krempita
    http://www.coolinarika.com/slika/samoborska-krempita-/

    btw Sarma it's my nickname:))
