This is my first DnB track...and I'm quite proud of it. This aint the final version, but still, give me some advice on how to make it better. Has anyone got any tips on making th bass "beefier"? The acapella is Jesus Walks by Kanye West. It gets a bit crap nearer the end...[exept the outro..I love it!]...cos it was1:30 am on a Sunday and I had school the next day when i finished it. Tell me what you think...improvements? Oh and has anyone got an acapella of Jesus walks without the stupid flut thing? Near the start it sounds good, but near the end it goes crap. Enjoi!

Yo, I don't know much about producing etc or what you should shouldn't do, but I do know I liked that a lot. There was one part towards the end where the song starts repeating the vocals about Pakistan, maybe you could chop the lyrics a bit more like what you did with "There was at least 17 people killed", it still sounds good, but I was almost waiting for it to change if that makes sense. Awesome track though man!

Yeah, throughout the song I kept the news reporter sample in it's entirety, but at the end I decided to repeat that bit to add emphasis to it, because 17 people had been killed.
I consider this song ancient now though, aha. heck out my newer stuff, :).

Oh Hell Yeah!!! I live for tracks like this! Love the news social commentary sample in the back drop; as well as the Kanye West pella. Like what you've done with the track thus far. Normally I do not ask members to check out any of my tracks; however you may want to check out a track of mine entitled "Hegemony Or Survival?".
Only in the fact to show that we're doing kinda the same thing (minus the rap and music style on my track).
You've stated that you have more work to do on the track,

Man this is a good mix....i have to say for your first attempt it was fuckin on point. as far as beefing up the bass line....try layering a simple sine wave bass....you know something deep and warm underneath what you already have....same notes and everything. it will thicken the sound up and give you ALOT more punch in the subs

I think I added a sine but cos I aint got any bassy enough speakers I cant hear it properly to see if it's alright. Thanx tho, the bridge needs tonnes of work on it still, it's proper shite.
