the early genre of hiphop the late 80's early 90's back then music was real it had a voice it said so many things it told the tale of the strugling artist how things were it spoke of the the streets the reality of the culture.it was a movement it was real not like the music of 2 day watered down say this don't say that.its wasn't powered by the money hungry corporations searching for a artist to create the next hit.back then every track on a disc was a hit .
