I am from Miami and love all types of electronic music (with some exceptions). I have been mainly producing Trance "on" and "off" for a while but have explored IDM, Experimental, Electronica, Ambient, Algorithmic music (using programming constructs with ChucK, CSound and OSW) and even stuff similar to the SETI project by creating custom music applications with the STK library to generate signals and other weird algorithmic sounds.

In recent months have been really into Drum & Bass and have been taking sometime to understanding the genre. I feel so NEWBIE in this area even though I have known about DnB since I began making music in 2001. Though at the time, DnB felt so "advanced" I chose Trance instead.

I also like Computer Graphics and have made algorithmic art using VVVV and Microsft's DirectX. I have also made a few CGI with Maya but nothing that I have completed to really show. But I also like software development and have written basic applications in C++ which is a language that I truly love. I've also taken interest in other computer languages such as JAVA, C#, Assembly, and PHP. Since my last job entailed web-based technologies I wrote a few programs using PHP which I really like allot as well.

I also love 2 of the 5 elements of hip hop and have always kept up with them since my love for them in the early 1990's. Those are Graffiti and Breaking. I have bombed around Miami in the past and have laid work on walls when I've had the chance. I've also rocked windmills, up-rocks, down-rocks, suicides and stances many times at parties as any bboy would. These days I lay most of my graf art on paper and body-rock when I get a chance.

I have never played any instruments. Back in 95 I started learning guitar when I was into the whole Pantera, Sepultura and Iron Maiden style heavy metal and wanted to become a lead guitarist. After failing miserably I never played any other instruments.

I guess, I kinda play the keyboard, but, If you were to ask me as an Electronic Musician, I would say I play the drums, bass, and lead keys.

I mainly use Reason and FLStudio. Though, I do keep myself open to trying other software such as Audacity, Ableton Live, Pro-tools, LMMS, EnergyXT, I even use tools like SynthEdit to create custom stuff in a jiff, CSound whenever I need something weird, Bidule when I want to process stuff in a unique way or OSW for stuff similar to CSound and just a few other tools whenever I know it has something good to offer.

I also use allot of Synthesizers and sometimes take allot of time to try and create sounds. Synths like FM7, Moog Modular, Synthesizers that come along with each of the previously mentioned software, and the list can go on.

I use a laptop. Though I do have a few synthesizers, controllers and a midi-keyboard. The system I use the most is simply my laptop connected with a Midi Keyboard as well as connected with a Midi Controller for automation.

The best stuff that I have recently been listing to is Dieselboy and Sub Focus. Though I don't really have any of their albums and I've just taken tracks from their MySpace pages.

Also, I don't own allot of music, actually, the music that do own is mainly stuff by artists like Enya, Secret Garden, Dido, Celtic Circle, and Maya Brennan.

I've also been listening to allot of music from this site.

I guess I sound like most bedroom artists out there. I've never really planned on making music for a living, but, I love it enough to want that dream to happen.

However, if I had to really pin-point what my music sounds like, I guess it would be really energetic, very powerful, varied, I attempt for it to sound clear and just stuff that makes you want to crank up your system. And this is simply an honest and humble opinion of my music.

I have done quite a varied amount of things in my 28 years, well, actually the past 10 years that I've been working. I've mainly kept myself in the Travel Industry and used to work for Cruise companies like Royal Caribbean/Celebrity, Cunard/Seabourn and Silversea. I have also worked for Travel Agencies. The longest lasting company I worked for was a Travel Technology company where I grew from Sales to Support to Training and finally Senior Business Analyst designing software and implementing new web-based technologies for the travel industry.

These days I work for American Express (the credit card company) in their sales division. I honestly prefer the IT side of the business but I am working on getting to that goal.
