Ok so i felt like doing something interesting today. Who is everyones favorite looperman artists? maybe not the ones with the most plays or downloads, maybe someone that is not as prominent on the site. If enough people reply, i will start some rankings based on peoples input!

Im really interested to see what people think, and i would really like to give some recognition to those who work hard to put out quality (not quantity) tracks and loops. |

Yeah,...this thread will prolly get shut down. There are other threads like this lost somewhere in the piles and piles of threads. But it does cause disputes amongst other members when they arent mentioned. Sucks that people act like that but it happens. |

wow that really sucks. i know have seen threads like this before and i always thought they were great ways to find new music. I would always be dissapointed when my name wasnt on it but i didnt really mind too much. Hope this one can avoid the troubles of the past |

Gosh this is a toughy. I really dont have a favorite looperman artist. I like what everone has to offer. I def have a lot of favorite songs though it just all depends on what im hearing at the time. |

Bilbozo definitely makes some outstanding tracks, but my favorite artist is, well, myself. I make music that I personally rock out to, and that's why I make music in the first place. People liking it and having fun to it is just a secondary side effect. |

I hear you man. I make music that I like too, so I don't have to turn to someone else who has a track that SOUNDS like I MAY like it. Complete DIY approach! Further, not too many of my friends like what I make, they're all into other genres (which I am too, just that I like electronic music more than others) so I don't get any props or kudos from there, which is why I joined up here in the first place, to be able to have an audience which knows whats what. Having said that, I think I'm having a low self esteem issues, coz I've been stuck on this one track for more than a week and every time I hear it, it sounds like its gotten worse :(. F*cking creative block!

well instead of prejudging you need to go take a listen for yourself before you make a mistake. I'm certified and I don't need Looperman to get noticed I'm already getting placements..when you get a few holla at me and maybe I'll provide you feedback doubter/hater!.. Gotta love you though, you are the type of people that have made me rich..and I am a production A&R for my label, watch how you come at people for you never know who they are.. Get money!

The muppets were my favorite until Fozzie Bear went solo. His career ended tragically when he hooked up with a meth head racoon in La. He lost his chops and is now working at the 24 hour video store in West Hollywood. It's a shame though, he had such talent. I hear he and Kermit are trying to get the band back together. But I suspect they are both past their prime.

@chimpyguy. i know is good to have a say and amke good sense but you got to let others have their point across too. sometimes people tend to forget that this site is a royalty free site for everyone to use wisely and enjoy their time. callin people they got egos but not leting them have their say is wrong. everyone got a point, good or bad but we got to hear them instead of attacking tyhem for that. that my opinion |

yeah, haha, although this thread has really turned into more of a side-tracked conversation.
I personally like myself most, because, like stated above, I make music which I like. Not which I intend to shove down the throats of an audience and make them like it. |
